  3. The judging will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 19.
  4. In selecting vegetables for exhibition, please choose specimens that would bring the highest market price. Do not select the largest; select medium size specimens.
  5. The following 4 factors will be used by the vegetable judge:

    • Uniformity in shape, size, and color
    • Condition and maturity
    • Freedom from disease and insects

    • Select specimens that show no blemishes such as dirt, disease, infection or mechanical damage.
  8. All entries must be grown by the exhibitor.
  9. The judge reserves the right to disqualify an entry that violates these rules and/or to assign a lower place to a low quality entry.
