- Competition is open to all. You do not have to be a Grange Member to enter.
- Adult Division - 17 years and older.
- Junior Division - 16 years and under.

| General Rules |
- No artificial flowers permitted.
- All flowers entered for competition must have been grown by the exhibitor. Plants must have been the property of the exhibitor for at least two months prior to the time of exhibition.
- Flowers entered for competition must be more than ordinary standard and quality to be entered for an award.
- The exhibitor is limited to one entry in each class or sub-class, but may enter as many classes as he or she wishes.
- Exhibits should be entered between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 21 and may not be removed until Sunday, July 29 between 8:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. If you are unable to comply with the entry time, contact the superintendent to make other arrangements. Doors closed at 5:00 p.m. for judging.
- The management will not undertake to return exhibits or be responsible for the return of exhibits. Baskets or containers supplied by exhibitors, will be given every possible care, but the fair cannot assume responsibility for their safety.
- Please do not use styrofoam or paper cups as they tip over too easily.
- Please place a drainage plate under pots.
- Blooms should be attached to stems on specimen flowers such as petunias. Remove leaves from part of stem that will be in water. Address labels work well to place on your entry tags. It saves a lot of writing.
