| Section I - Fine Arts |
- Entry fees are:
- Adults - $5.00
- Teens - $4.00
- Youth - $2.00
- All entries must be mailed to Teresa McKerrow by Wednesday, July 16, 2008, with proper fee, size, general description of subject, phone number, and price if for sale.
- Due to limited space, entries will be accepted by earliest postmark.
- Entries should be brought to the Fine Arts Building between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 19, 2008 and may not be removed before Sunday, July 27, 2008, between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., even if sold.
- Size of entries is limited to 36 inches in any direction.
- All work must be an original by the exhibitor, not have been previously submitted at the fair, and completed in the past year.
- All entries must be framed, ready to hang with wire attached.
- Reasonable care will be taken to protect all entries from loss or damage. The Fine Arts Council or the Troy Fair Association is not responsible for accident, loss, or damage.
- Entries are limited to three total, one per medium per artist.
- Members of F.A.C.T. have priority of exhibiting. Open to residents of Bradford County. Participation from other counties will be considered. Where space limits entry numbers, Bradford County residents will have priority.
- Failure to comply with all rules will result in forfeiture of awards and exhibiting in future. Mediums are: Oil, Watercolor, Pastels, Acrylics, Pencil, Pen and Ink, Mixed Media, Charcoal, and Digital.
